It was easy to book tickets. There is about half an hour if you are a little late, which is exactly what happened to us while we were looking for a place to park our car in the shopping center. Overall a nice walk with a nice view and the most important thing is that the weather is beautiful. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and the visibility was great.

I bought 2 tickets same day at a discounted rate for general admission to The View Palm Jumeirah for 11:30 a.m. on a Friday and had no wait to take the elevator to the 52nd floor. Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

For the price paid, I would have expected shorter wait times.
